I am pleased to share my experience with Willjinni Service Trust. I have established two Family Private Trusts through Willjinni and found their team to be highly professional and supportive. They guided me through every step of the process, from the initial setup to the pre- and post-registration of the Trust Deeds. I strongly recommend Willjinni to anyone considering setting up a Family Trust. Thanks to Shweta, Sucheta, Srishti and Alpana for your support and assistance given through out the assignment .

Common questions
Is estate planning only for very wealthy families?
No. Any NRI with property, savings or investments in India gains from a plan that makes their wishes clear.
Do I need a trust as well as a will?
Not always. A trust suits some families, especially with young heirs or a family business. We will tell you if a will is enough.
Can the plan include my parents in India?
Yes. We can plan for parents in India alongside your own will, including who looks after their affairs.
