Common questions
Is registration needed for my will to be valid?
No. Your will is valid once it is signed and witnessed. Registering it adds an official government record your family can rely on later.
Which documents should I carry?
Your original signed will and photo ID. The office may also ask for the ID of the people who come with you; we send you the exact list.
